Case: LLC for a Russian IT founder in 3 days — fully remote
How a Russian citizen registered an LLC in Kyrgyzstan in 3 business days without visiting: power of attorney, Ministry of Justice, bank, first contract within a week.
Problem. A Moscow-based IT service founder lost part of his foreign customers: payments from the US and EU stopped reaching his Russian entity. He needed a foreign company “yesterday”, with no time to travel.
What we did. We selected the LLC form and tax regime, prepared the documents in Russian, the client signed a power of attorney at a Moscow notary. We filed with the Ministry of Justice, registered with the tax office and Social Fund, produced the seal, provided a legal address and opened a bank account by power of attorney.
Result. Registration took 3 business days, the account — 4 more. A week after reaching out, the client signed a contract with a US customer and received the first payment. The Kyrgyz company cost $700 turnkey, and the client never flew to Bishkek.
